About Dahi Kabab Recipe: Dahi kebabs, also referred to as dahi ke kebab are a well-liked vegetarian kebabs eaten in North India. Made with hung curd, paneer, flour and basic spice powders,

You’d often find them in restaurant menus and are loved by many for his or her soft melt-in-mouth interior and crispy exterior. Rich in taste and texture, dahi kebabs are great to form on special occasions and festivals.

Ingredients Of Dahi Kebab

2 Tbsp black pepper seeds
2 tbsp coriander seeds
 besan 1 cup
1 cup onions, chopped
3 Green chillies
1 tsp ginger, chopped,  Raisins 7-8
7-8 Cashew Nuts
2 tsp salt
1 tsp paneer,  hung curd 2 cups
2 tbsp red chilli flakes
 Green chillies 2
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1 cup paneer, grated
1/2 cup corn flour

How to Make Dahi Kebab

1. Take a pan and dry roast black pepper and coriander seeds together

2. Grind them into a powder.
3.Take besan during a pan and roast it for a short time .

Prepare : Dahi Kebab

1. Take a bowl and put chopped onion in it.

2.Add green chillies, chopped ginger, raisins, cashewnuts, the roasted black pepper and coriander powder, salt and paneer.

3.Mix them thoroughly.

Prepare Kebab:

1.Take hung curd during a bowl, add salt, roasted black pepper and coriander powder, red chilli flakes, green chillies, coriander leaves and grated paneer, roasted besan and corn four.

2.Mix all the ingredients together to form dough.

3.Now, pull out round pieces from the dough and put the prepared filling into it.

4.Fry the round pieces during a pan until golden brown.
5.Serve the recent dahi kebabs with mint chutney.

RECIPE NOTES You can add or change veggies of the filling consistent with your choice
