Pepper Chicken Dry Low Fat Recipe

Ingredients :
1 Kg Chicken, chopped
Oil
2 tsp Pepper (crushed)
1 Green chilli
2 Onions
Curry Leaves
1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt
Coriander leaves
How to Make Low Fat Pepper Chicken Dry
STEP 1:
1.Marinate chicken with crushed pepper, turmeric powder and salt.
2.Keep aside for half an hour.
3.In a wok, add 2 teaspoon vegetable oil , chopped onion and fry for a short time .
STEP 2:
4.Add sliced green chilli, curry leaves and ginger-garlic paste, Stir for a few minute.
5.Add marinated chicken and let it cook for about quarter-hour .
STEP 3:
6.Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves.
7.Serve hot with bread or rice.
