Here’s the step-by-step recipe of besan bharwan hari mirch fry:
Step 1 – Slit all the green chillies.
Step 1- Make masala. Combine turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder, amchoor powder, cumin powder, saunf, mustard seeds, garam masala, salt, hing, and mix well.
Step 3 – Heat some mustard oil in a pan. Saute some besan flour till fragrant, for about 2 minutes. Turn off the gas. Combine with the masala.
Step 4 – Now fill the masala in slit chillies. Fry the chillies in hot oil on low-medium flame. Make sure not to overcook them.
Step 5 – Add the remaining masala to the chillies. Mix well. Serve hot or cold.
